Facial Acupuncture 1 Hour – £100
This form of acupuncture aims to boost your health and the benefits can aid specific ailments, stress or general well-being. There are acupuncture points in the face that correspond to all the major meridians, energy pathways and organs of the body. Fine needles are inserted into the face around the brows, the nose, the chin, the mouth – wherever is needed. Melissa uses her experience as a Reiki Practitioner and Acupuncturist to guide the placing of the needles. Every combination of needles is different, from person to person and from one treatment to the next.
Niroshini Treatment Plan Development (NTPD) 1 Hour Virtual – £90
For those considering acupuncture for health or cosmetic reasons. A NTPD lasts for 1 hour and includes a full profile of your health and lifestyle. This is essential so that your treatment can be individually tailored to suit you. After, Melissa will write a treatment plan of the best needle combinations for you.
It also includes a visual eye reading – an essential part of the acupuncture system – which reveals any imbalances or health issues you might have in your body.
Niroshini Cosmetic Acupuncture Ritual 2 Hours – £350
A luxury treatment for those seeking a non-surgical facelift and an answer to fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin and a wide range of skin blemishes and conditions. Thirty+ needles may be inserted into the face to help stimulate collagen and improve muscle tone.
The Niroshini Cosmetic Acupuncture Ritual also includes facial acupressure, Western and Oriental facial massage and Metamorphic Technique. Distant Reiki – 15 minutes (x4) – £145
Melissa is fully qualified as a Reiki Master Healer in Usui Traditional Reiki and an Angelic and Karuna Reiki Practitioner.
Reiki is a powerful, long-established and effective form of natural healing that only works for the good. The Practitioner issues high-frequency energy from their hands into the receiver to help balance the natural energy levels in the body, assisting the natural healing process. Practitioners work within the energy field that surrounds all living things, otherwise known as the “aura”.
Reiki promotes deep relaxation, assists personal growth, balances emotions, detoxifies, helps physical healing and brings inner peace. Reiki helps to correct imbalances – emotional, physical, mental and spiritual – therefore, it is truly a system of attaining and promoting wholeness of Mind, Body and Spirit.
Hands-On Reiki 20 Min Talk, 40 Min Reiki Session – £160
A Practitioner will place their hands gently on the body, starting by cupping the eyes, the side of the head and then the back of the head, slowly moving down the body; the treatment ends when the Practitioner reaches the feet. Reiki may be experienced as mild tingling, warmth or coolness.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) – £1,011 (1 Day, 1-2-1)
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) was developed by Dolores Cannon, who, in her career spanning almost 50 years, became a significant voice and pioneer in past life regression. Dolores passed away in 2014, yet her teachings continue to help millions of people worldwide. By connecting with the Subconscious – or as you may refer to it, the “Oversoul”, the “Higher Self” or the “Higher Consciousness” -powerful, transformative healing can take place.
QHHT works by accessing a great and powerful part of our subconscious selves for remarkable life guidance and physical and emotional healing. The technique induces you into the deepest trance-like state, taking you into the furthest corners of your psyche, where you can visit latent emotional traumas locked away for any number of years, often dating back to previous lifetimes.
QHHT helps find answers and healing for various physical (diagnosed and undiagnosed) and emotional concerns, life events, life questions and decisions, spiritual development and guidance, soul insights, life purpose and past life regression.

At Home Niroshini “Mini Day Retreat” (1 Day)
1. Full payment must be made two weeks prior to the treatment date.
2. A minimum of 3 Niroshini Cosmetic Acupuncture Rituals must be booked. Additional treatments, such as Reiki or facial acupuncture (for health benefits), can be added.
3. A NTPD must be completed two weeks prior to the Niroshini Cosmetic Acupuncture Ritual via phone.
4. Clients must check the contraindication list and discuss concerns with Melissa before booking a NTPD.
5. A NTPD is required if someone wants facial acupuncture purely for health benefits.
6. A room with access to a sink must be available.
7. The host must provide a treatment couch, towels, blankets and pillows for each guest.
8. Access to a device to play therapeutic music is required.
9. Other treatments do not require a NTPD before treatment.
10. The host must provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests.
Acupuncture Contraindications
Facial Acupuncture & Cosmetic Acupuncture should be avoided if you have:
– Bleeding disorders.
– Bruise easily.
– Pituitary disorders.
– Diabetes (due to prolonged healing time).
– Active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, ulcerations, warts, skin cancers).
– Pregnancy.
– Epilepsy or a history of fits (treatment must be introduced slowly).
– Previous cosmetic surgery.
– Acute allergic reactions to any products used (e.g. essential oils).
– Botox/fillers: It’s fine to treat someone with Botox/fillers after 3 weeks but avoiding the injection site is recommended.
Cancellation Policy:
– 72-hour cancellation notice required to avoid full charges.
– No refunds unless a medical certificate confirms a long-term illness.
Payment Policy:
– Full payment must be made before treatments.
